Shipping policy

Shipping methods & cost-
Domestic shipping is FREE on orders over PKR 20,000, otherwise it is PKR 500.

Please note that all ready to ship items normally ship within 1-4 working days, your package will be shipped via a local courier service.

International Shipping
International orders typically arrive between 7-10 days.

Please note that all international orders may be subject to additional custom fees upon delivery, while we try our best to keep international shipping costs low, we can’t control the country’s import fee. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are responsibly of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

* Pre Orders* - pre orders will ship within 2 weeks of the date listed on the product. Please check your items date carefully. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking information. Please allow 4-7 days for your item to arrive once shipped out.

International Orders will be shipped via TCS, which ships within 2-4 working days world wide. Botanée is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature of other uncontrollable events.

Track Your Shipment - You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.

*Lost Or Stolen Packages * - Once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are not liable for lost or stolen or damaged in transit.
